Renovations and Construction:
- There is construction going on across the road approximately 150 metres away with Perth's new Arena entertainment building.
- The apartment building adjacent to the hotel is nearing completion from a construction point of view.
- A new public car park is being built next the hotel and some minimal noise may be experienced between 7:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday throughout 2009 and early 2010.
Westend Bar Closure:
Westend Bar will close during the below dates in December due to low occupancy. Guests can still enjoy drinks in Encore Restaurant. One section will be reserved.
